Man United and Newcastle are not able to find an agreement with respect to one transfer.
The two clubs are locked in a stand-off over Dan Ashworth, Newcastle's sporting director.
Ashworth wants to go to Manchester United and is on gardening leave at Newcastle.
However, The Mail states that the club wants to get significant compensation for Ashworth.
They are willing to let him go to Manchester United, but for around 20 million at the least.
United's new CEO Omar Berrada is the man who will take charge of negotiation very soon.
