As always, the latest action on offer inside the Octagon has seen some climb the ladder toward contention and others fall away.
And in the aftermath of UFC Fight Night: Tai Tuivasa vs. Marcin Tybura, MMA News has you covered with this week's updates to the official UFC rankings.
Men's Pound-For-Pound: No changes.
Women’s Pound-for-Pound: No changes.
Women’s Strawweight: No changes.
Women’s Flyweight: No changes.
Women's Bantamweight: As expected, Chelsea Chandler's narrow win over Josiane Nunes (#14) has seen her rise above the Brazilian to #13. A more notable victor at 135 pounds this past weekend, however, was Macy Chiasson. Her four-position surge to #6 after victory over Pannie Kianzad marks her as this week's biggest mover. Her defeated opponent, meanwhile, has slid three spots to #9.
Also dropping by three places is Yana Santos, who now finds herself down at #10. Although Chiasson's win negatively affected her position, both Karol Rosa (#8) and Miesha Tate (#7) have actually both climbed one place each as a result.
Flyweight: No changes.
Bantamweight: Kyler Phillips entered the rankings in the days after his impressive victory over Pedro Munhoz at UFC 299. And in the latest update, he's continued his charge, rising to #11 and swapping positions with former champion Dominick Cruz (#12).
Featherweight: No changes.
Lightweight: No changes.
Welterweight: No changes.
Middleweight: No changes.
Light Heavyweight: No changes.
Heavyweight: Saturday's main event winner, Marcin Tybura, has unsurprisingly reaped the rewards of his first-round submission victory over Tai Tuivasa. The result has seen the Polish fighter climb two spots to #8. The defeated "Bam Bam" (#10), meanwhile, has fallen one place to ensure his continued stay in the top 10.
